Already have blanks? Ship your own or overseas-manufactured garments straight to our facility — we handle decoration only.

Ship directly from your factory (Asia, US) to Leidschendam. We receive, count and inspect every shipment before production.

2. We decorate

Embroidery, screen print or transfer to spec. One-time digitizing per logo and an optional sample stitch-out for approval.

3. We ship or you collect

Finished goods shipped within the EU to your client, or local pickup in Leidschendam. White-label, neutral packaging.

What is your turnaround for screen-printed apparel?

Typically 7–10 working days after artwork/proof approval. High volumes by arrangement; rush options on request. We confirm a firm delivery date with every quote.

What are your minimum order quantities?

We start from 10 pieces for every method — screen printing, DTF/transfers and embroidery. There is no upper limit for tour or merch runs.

Do you offer price breaks around 100, 250 and 500 pieces?

Yes — the unit price drops as the quantity goes up, including around 100, 250 and 500+ pieces. Send us your artwork, garment and quantities for a clear, itemised quote.

Can you pack by size or split-ship to venues?

Yes. We can pack by size and split-ship to multiple venues or addresses — one order, one invoice, with a packing list per box so everything lands where it should.

Do you work with trade partners or US-based merch companies?

Absolutely — it’s a core part of what we do. We work white-label for agencies, merch companies and other printers: we produce, you stay the brand. Neutral packaging and NDA on request.

Can we ship our own (or overseas-manufactured) garments to you for decoration?

Yes. We regularly decorate customer-supplied blanks. Your manufacturer can ship the garments directly to our facility in Leidschendam; we receive, check and inventory the shipment before embroidery or print.

Do you digitize logos for embroidery?

Yes. We digitize your logo once from a vector or high-resolution file. The digitized file is stored and reused free of charge on repeat orders, so you only pay digitizing once.

Can you embroider lightweight or sublimated polyester (e.g. aloha shirts)?

Yes. We adjust needle, backing and tension for lightweight and sublimated polyester so the fabric isn’t puckered or pierced. For new fabrics we recommend a sample stitch-out first.

Do you provide a sample stitch-out before the full run?

We recommend it for any new logo or fabric. You approve the stitch-out before we run the batch, so the result is exactly right.

Can you ship finished goods within the EU, or is pickup possible?

Both. We ship within the Netherlands and the wider EU (PostNL/DPD) to your client, or you can collect locally in Leidschendam. Everything is white-label with neutral packaging.

Are there receiving, handling or storage fees?

Receiving, inspection and short-term storage for a normal project timeline are part of the service. Longer-term warehousing or unusually large volumes are quoted separately and always agreed up front.
