What do you need in order to request one?

The more info you supply in one go, the faster and more precisely we can give a price. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything yet — we’re happy to help. This is what we’d ideally like to see:

Your design

→ We don't do design, but we can make your file production-ready for simple adjustments. Indicate this in the form.

  • File in vector (.ai.eps.pdf) or high-resolution raster (.png.jpg ≥ 300 dpi)
  • Pantone colour codes if they matter (e.g. corporate identity)
  • Or a sketch / reference if you don't yet have a final design

The textile

→ Not sure which textile yet? Tell us your budget and intended use, and we'll suggest suitable options.

  • Which type of garment (T-shirt, hoodie, polo, workwear, bag, …)
  • Preferred brand (e.g. Stanley/Stella, B&C, Blaklader) or "no preference"
  • Size breakdown: e.g. 5× S, 10× M, 15× L
  • Colour(s) of the textile

The order

→ Rush order? Tick that in the form and we'll check straight away whether it's feasible.

    One of us looks at your request. In most cases you'll get a price indication straight away. Sometimes we first have a few clarifying questions — then we'll call or email you.

    Production scheduling

    We schedule the order and send you a scheduling confirmation together with the invoice. Payment is made in full in advance as standard.

    Production & delivery

    For the first order we take one photo of the final result as standard for approval before delivery. After that your order is dispatched.
