What we make for schools
School-trip & class-outing T-shirts
Matching shirts keep an outing organised and fun. Printed with the school logo, class name, year or destination theme. From 25 pieces, cost-effective with screen printing.
Safety vests
Yellow or orange vests with print, for crossing guards, school trips or supervisors. Adult and children's sizes.
Polos for teachers and staff
School branding on polos or T-shirts. With an embroidered school logo for a professional look.
Hoodies & sweaters for graduating classes
"Class of 2026" or "Finals 2026" — a lasting memento. Often with classmates' names on the back.
Caps and bucket hats for school camp
Practical for sun protection, easy recognition in groups, and a nice keepsake for pupils.
Sports bags and school bags
Printed bags for sports day, school trips or as a farewell gift.

Which print technique fits best?
School-trip shirts from 25 pieces with a simple design we screen-print. That keeps the unit price low.
A small run or a full-colour design (class photo, school photo) is done with DTF transfer, from 10 pieces.
A teacher polo with school logo we embroider; it looks neat and lasts for years.
A crossing-guard vest with print we do with DTF on hi-vis fabric.
For caps and bucket hats both embroidery and DTF work, depending on the design.
How we work with schools
Practical and flexible. We understand that schools don't operate like companies:
- Size breakdown per pupil — we deliver with a name list and sort by class
- Delivery timed to the school year — ordering in January for a June school trip? No problem
- Parent payments — we can invoice in the school's name or let parents pay directly via an online order page (on request)
- Low threshold — just request a quote, even if you don't yet know exactly what you want
- Realistic budget — school-trip shirts don't need designer quality; we advise what fits the budget per pupil
Tips for school projects
Order well in advance. For a June school trip: by April at the latest. For the musical or the year-8 farewell: about four weeks ahead.
Keep the design simple. With large pupil numbers, a 1- or 2-colour design brings the unit price down considerably.
Order a few extra. Set aside 5–10% in the common sizes. Children sometimes fit a little differently than expected; a few spares prevent disappointment.
Combine where you can. Ordering school-trip shirts, farewell hoodies and crossing-guard vests together saves handling, and lets us advise more completely.
Year-8 farewell or first-year secondary intro? Alongside hoodies we also arrange notebooks, pens and keyrings — a complete keepsake. See Corporate gifts & promotional items.
