What we supply for sports clubs

Match shirts and shorts

With club logo, sponsor logos, names and numbers. In club colours, polyester for maximum freedom of movement and wash resistance.

Tracksuits and training shirts

For warm-up, presentation and training. Often in a slightly more understated look than match kit but in the same club colours.

Goalkeeper shirts and special positions

A different colour for the goalkeeper or special roles. Including name and squad number.

Hoodies and presentation jackets

For the bench, before or after the match. Often with the club logo embroidered or printed.

Bags, beanies, socks

Sports accessories in club style. Sports bag with logo, beanies for winter matches.

Clothing packages for new members

Standard package: match shirt + shorts + socks, available immediately on sign-up.

Kit for youth teams

Often sponsored by a local business owner. We facilitate these sponsor relationships too.

Which printing technique for sportswear?

All-over match shirt (polyester): sublimation.

Sponsor logos on shirts: sublimation or printing.

Names and numbers per player: printing.

Club logo on tracksuit: embroidery.

Reflective detailing for running or cycling: specialty reflective.

For match shirts, sublimation is the norm — imperceptible in the fabric and colourfast after many washes. For sponsor logos and names on ready-made polyester sports shirts, we print the shirt after production.

How do we work with clubs?

How we work with clubs in practice:

  • A simple ordering process, one contact person, no complicated procurement
  • Size breakdown per team; we deliver with name lists and sort per team
  • Fixed club prices; with a framework agreement we work with fixed prices for the season
  • Quick reorders for new members mid-season

Tips for sports clubs

1

Order well in advance.

Start in May for the new season in September. Sublimation shirts have longer lead times (cut-and-sew).

2

Standardise across teams.

One base design that varies subtly per team (colour band, team name) is more efficient than completely different shirts per team.

3

Keep parents involved.

For youth teams, parents are often the actual payers. Make the ordering process clear for them.

4

Plan for growth.

Clubs turn over members. Always order 10–15% extra in common sizes.

5

Sponsors want to stay.

A satisfied local sponsor is worth its weight in gold. Make sure their logo sits neatly on the shirt — not crooked, not faded away after 5 washes.

More than just clothing for the club? Alongside match kit we also arrange water bottles, sports bags and woven socks, all in club colours and with a logo. See Corporate gifts & promotional items.
