We are glad to contribute
We regularly receive sponsorship requests for a wide range of projects. Unfortunately we cannot grant every request, which is why we work with a fixed sponsorship policy. Our focus is on community projects in care, sport or culture within the region of Leidschendam-Voorburg.
Who is eligible?
A sponsorship request is eligible if the aim is community-oriented in nature and focused on care, sport or culture within the Leidschendam-Voorburg region. Within that, we take a practical view of what we can best contribute.
✓ Who we will certainly consider
- Local sports clubs (Leidschendam-Voorburg and the immediate surroundings)
- Schools in our region with specific projects (exam-year shirts, school trips, events)
- Local cultural events without a commercial purpose
- Care initiatives and charities with apparel-related needs
- Youth work and scouting
✗ What rarely fits
- Requests outside the Leidschendam-Voorburg region
- Commercial events without a community component
- Requests for cash sponsorship without an apparel component
- Political or religious organisations
How do you apply for sponsorship?
Send an email to verkoop@visualprint.nl with the subject “Sponsorship application”. Include the following points in your request:
- The name and background of the organisation, institution or club
- The activity/activities the sponsorship is needed for
- The reason for the sponsorship request
- The desired items (type of clothing, quantities, desired printing)
- The (existing or future) relationship with Visualprint
- Any co-sponsors
- The size of the sponsorship requested
- An explanation of any return service (logo on shirts, sponsor mention, club magazine, etc.)
We respond within one working week with a yes, no or follow-up question.
An honest expectation
We sponsor actively, but we are also a commercial business. Not every request gets a yes — sometimes we can better offer a sharp quote at a regular price than a sponsorship deal. And we will say so honestly.
We like to work for the long term: a good start on a small scale can grow over the years into a recurring collaboration.
Important: even when a request meets all the above conditions, we cannot guarantee that it will be granted. Every request is considered seriously, but the final decision always depends on the available sponsorship budget and the balance between existing commitments.
