From first contact to delivery, in five steps
No surprises and no unnecessary waiting times in production. We’ve worked according to the same predictable process for over 40 years, because that’s what benefits our clients most.
The five steps
Contact, advice and quote
In a short conversation or email exchange we look at exactly what you need: textile, printing technique, quantity. Based on that we prepare a quote.
What we include in a quote as standard:
- Which textile (brand, material, colour)
- Which printing technique (screen printing, DTF, embroidery, sublimation, specialty)
- Number of pieces per size and colour
- Print position(s) and dimensions
- Any multiple prints or numbering
- Delivery time
Payment
Once you've approved the quote, we send an invoice with a payment link. After receiving payment we put the order straight into production. For returning business clients, other payment arrangements are possible by agreement.
Proof
You always receive a digital proof by email, so you can see in advance exactly where the print will be positioned. The proof also lists the colour numbers used according to the Pantone® Matching System (PMS).
We ask you to check the proof carefully for:
- Text and spelling
- Print position
- Print colours
Production
Once the proof is approved, production begins. Depending on the technique we use screen printing (up to 7 Pantone colours), embroidery (up to 6 colours as standard, up to 15 colours on request), DTF, sublimation or specialty inks. During production we carry out spot checks on colour consistency, print position and adhesion.
Delivery
The textiles are carefully folded and packed into boxes. We get in touch when your order is dispatched. Shipping within the Netherlands goes via various carriers. Internationally we work with our own logistics partners for, among other things, tour deliveries to various EU countries.

Supplying files and textiles
Supplying your design properly is crucial for a perfect end result. Below are the main points; for the full specs, maximum print and embroidery dimensions and the intake form for your own textiles: view the detailed file & artwork delivery page.
- Files: preferably vector (AI, EPS) with outlines and PMS codes. Workable: EPS, AI, PDF, PSD, JPG, TIFF at 300 DPI. Large files via WeTransfer to verkoop@visualprint.nl.
- Textiles: in almost all cases we supply the textiles ourselves (guaranteed quality and adhesion). Supplying your own is possible by agreement in specific exceptions, such as sports clubs with their own kit supplier or private label projects.
