After the retention period we delete or anonymise the data.
5. With whom do we share data?
We only share your data when it's necessary to carry out your order or when the law requires us to:
- Delivery partners (such as PostNL or GLS) — only the address details needed for delivery
- Mollie (payment service) — to process your payment
- Leaseweb (hosting) — our website and data run on Leaseweb servers in the Netherlands
- Mailchimp (newsletter delivery) — only if you have signed up
- Google reCAPTCHA — spam protection for our forms (Google, USA)
- Google Analytics — anonymised website traffic, only with your cookie consent
- Legal authorities (tax authorities, judiciary) — only when we are required to do so
We never sell your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some services we use (such as Google Analytics) may process data outside the EU. This only happens with the safeguards prescribed by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. How do we secure your data?
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the website
- Restricted access — only employees who need it
- Regular back-ups and software updates
In the event of a data breach we follow the notification obligation under the GDPR.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
