Disclaimer — AI-generated images and content

This website currently uses a number of AI-generated images, stock photos and, here and there, AI-assisted texts. This page explains why, and how we handle this.

Full transparency about the use of AI is a matter of principle for us — not merely something required by the EU AI Act from 2026.

In brief

A short summary before you read on:

Some images — are AI-generated or stock photos, used temporarily as placeholders. Sometimes we also use AI for a mockup
Our own print shop photos — are always real photos from our print shop; if we don't have any yet, we show no image of ourselves
Part of the texts — was written with AI assistance, then editorially reviewed
Product specifications — (dimensions, weights, materials, certifications) are always checked against supplier spec sheets

AI-generated images

On pages where our own photography is not yet available, we currently use:

  • AI-generated images — as a temporary mood image or placeholder, and sometimes to visualise a mockup
  • Stock photos — as a temporary placeholder

Photos and mockups of projects we only show for genuine commissions. We use AI and stock images solely as a temporary placeholder, not as a representation of our own work. Real print shop photos are replacing these images step by step.

Textual content

The texts on this website are:

  • Written or edited with the help of AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Claude)
  • Then editorially reviewed for factual accuracy, tone and style
  • Product specifications are always checked against current sources (supplier catalogues, standards sheets, certification documentation)

For quotes, advice and customer communication the following applies: a real person from Visualprint is always involved before anything reaches you. AI is a tool to work faster, not a replacement for expertise.

Why we are transparent about this

We believe our customers have the right to know where our content comes from. That applies to the way we really stand in the print shop and practise the craft, but just as much to how we build our website.

The European AI Act requires from 2026 that AI-generated content must be recognisable as such. We would like to have this clear before it becomes mandatory.

When will this be replaced?

The website was renewed in 2026. At the moment:

  • Part of the images consists of our own photos (heroes of the About us and Contact pages and specific product photos)
  • The remaining spots are being iteratively replaced by photos from the print shop and of real customer commissions
  • We aim to show the vast majority of our own imagery within 6-12 months

The same applies to the textual content: we are expanding it with real-life stories, customer cases and our own editorial content as these become available.
